2. Behavior on the Forum

2.1. Be polite and respectful to other members. Insults, discrimination, and rudeness are prohibited.
2.2. Threats, aggression, bullying, and harassment in any form are not allowed.
2.3. Spam, advertising, and flooding are prohibited. If you have something useful to share, consult the administration first.
2.4. Keep discussions constructive. Meaningless or low-value posts may be deleted.

3. Creating Topics and Posts

3.1. Use the search function before creating a new topic. Your question may have already been answered.
3.2. Give topics clear and informative titles. Topics like "Help!" or "I have a question" may be deleted.
3.3. Format your posts properly, avoid excessive caps and unnecessary formatting.
3.4. Fake news and misinformation are strictly prohibited.

4. Content

4.1. Do not share materials that violate copyright laws.
4.2. Posting banned content (violence, 18+, extremism, drugs, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Any illegal content will be removed, and the violator will be banned.

5. Accounts and Personal Information

5.1. Creating multiple accounts without permission is not allowed.
5.2. Do not impersonate other people, especially administrators or moderators.
5.3. Do not share personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) without permission from the owner.

6. Moderation and Penalties

6.1. Administrators and moderators enforce the rules. Their decisions must be respected.
6.2. Rule violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account deletion.
6.3. Discussions about moderator actions should be posted in the feedback section.
