How to Appeal a Ban

If you believe you were banned unfairly or wish to appeal your ban, follow these steps:

1. Understand the Reason for Your Ban

• Review the forum rules to understand why you might have been banned.
• If your ban message includes a reason, take note of it before appealing.

2. Contact the Moderation Team

• If you received a temporary ban, wait until it expires before appealing.
• If your ban is permanent or you believe it was a mistake, you may submit an appeal.

3. Submit a Ban Appeal

Send an email to [hotwheels.ftc@gmail.com]. Your appeal should include:

• Your forum username
• The date you were banned
• A brief explanation of why you believe the ban should be reconsidered
• A statement that you understand the rules and will follow them in the future

4. Wait for a Response

• Appeals will be reviewed within 3-7 days.
• Decisions made by the administration are final. If your appeal is denied, do not create additional accounts to bypass the ban.

5. Moving Forward

• If your appeal is approved, follow all forum rules moving forward.
• Repeat violations may result in a permanent ban with no option to appeal.
